Very good service. When I turned on the infrared lamps at home before assembling everything, only 1 of the 2 worked. I thought, yes, a lamp had broken down during transport. So I called immediately and sent an email gesture, yes, that's me, but the lamp was loose in the socket.
I was very surprised that liroma had already replied to me, stating that this should not happen, provide your contact details and we will send a new lamp. I let them know that both lamps worked. Look, that's service, for which thank you very much. Greetings

Super service on all fronts! There was a problem with delivery. Fantastic solution, immediately the same day, by thinking along and anticipating. Heat lamp is of decent quality as far as I can judge at this early stage. But especially the involvement of the supplier is great (unfortunately not self-evident in these times), which is why I definitely give this 5 stars.

I bought the lamp and tried it, now 3 months later my body is almost completely clean.

First of all, the lamp works well beyond expectations! I have strained my back quite badly while exercising and a 12 minute session provides long lasting relief. It also makes me nice and warm and relaxed. Wonderful wellness experience.

Ordered a lamp, called Liroma, answered immediately and asked when the lamp would arrive. Lamp was not in stock, so would not be delivered quickly. Gave good advice and ordered another one and it arrived the next day. This lamp was also cheaper and the payment was immediately corrected. Really good service. I give a 10.
