- ORDER
You can place an order for goods offered for sale on this website by following the on-screen instructions after clicking on the product you wish to purchase. We will confirm receipt of your order by sending an automatically generated email confirming our acceptance. This email concludes the agreement.
The contract relates only to the specific goods listed in our confirmation email confirming our acceptance of your order. Please read and check the details in this email to ensure they are correct.

- PRICES AND SHIPPING COSTS
Pricing information on this website is subject to change without notice. The prices displayed at the time of ordering are the applicable prices.
Occasionally, an error may occur and goods may be incorrectly priced. In that case, we are not obligated to supply the goods (based on this incorrect price).
We will either cancel your order and refund the price, or we will contact you to ask whether you wish to continue with the order (based on the correct price). If we are unable to contact you, or if you do not wish to continue with the order (based on the correct price), we will cancel your order and refund the price you have already paid. If the correct price of the goods is less than our stated price, we may (at our discretion) continue with your order and charge the lower amount upon dispatch.

- AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY

We deliver to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. We will deliver your order to the address you provide when you place your order on this site.
Delivery will be made based on the information on the product pages after your order has been accepted.
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver the goods on the agreed date. If no date is specified, we will deliver the goods within 7 days of the date you place your order and it is accepted by us.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., adverse weather conditions, unpredictable delays due to traffic jams, roadworks, diversions, or mechanical failures), we may not be able to deliver the goods within these timeframes, and we will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver the goods if the delay is wholly or partly caused by such circumstances. In the event that a delivery does not take place, we will agree an alternative delivery date with you.
We are also not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by the unavailability of someone to accept delivery of the products. It is your responsibility to contact the post office or courier company regarding the goods that could not be delivered due to your unavailability.
- PAYMENT
Payment for goods must be made in accordance with the procedure described on the “Payment options” information page.
- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 30 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., by email, phone, or post). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
- WARRANTY
Without limiting your right of withdrawal under Article 7, you can return the product to us, for example if the product is not the product you ordered, it is damaged or defective, or the quantity delivered is incorrect.
If goods are delivered with visible transport damage, you must report this damage immediately to the carrier, if possible, and contact us as soon as possible. Failure to file a complaint or contact us will not affect your statutory rights and their enforcement, particularly your statutory warranty rights. However, you will help us assert our own rights against the carrier or the transport insurance company.
Once we have confirmed the defect or other problem, we will:
– provide a full refund
– provide a full refund for damaged or defective goods if this is within a reasonable time after the sale, or
– at your option, repair or replace the goods at our expense (including shipping costs), unless this is not possible or disproportionately expensive. In this case, you will receive a refund of the amount already paid for these goods.
We will inform you about the refund within a reasonable timeframe. We usually process the refund request as quickly as possible and in any case no later than 30 days after you receive email confirmation about the refund for damaged or defective products.
- PROPERTY
Purchased products remain our property until paid for in full. Once the goods have been delivered to you or a third party designated by you, you bear the risk and are liable accordingly.
- LIABILITY
Unless expressly agreed otherwise below, the statutory provisions regarding liability for defects apply.
The above limitations and shortened periods do not apply to claims based on damage caused by ourselves, our legal representatives or agents:
– in case of injury to body, life or health
– in the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty and in the event of bad faith
– in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfilment of which is indispensable for the proper performance of the contract and on the fulfilment of which the other party to the contract may normally rely (cardinal obligations)
– within the framework of a given warranty, to the extent agreed.
- GENERAL
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is invalid or inadmissible, this will not affect the validity of the other provisions.

- APPLICABLE LAW
These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any agreement for the purchase of goods through this website and any disputes arising in connection with it are also governed by Dutch law.
