The recommended duration of a session is usually between 10 and 15 minutes at a distance of 50 cm. At a longer distance, it is okay to sit behind the lamp a little longer, about 15 - 20 minutes at 100 cm.

Although there are no strict rules, regular use is recommended. Start with 2 to 3 sessions per week to get your body used to it. Listen carefully to your body.

You can gradually adjust the number of sessions based on your comfort level. For best effect, a minimum of 4-6 times per week is recommended.

Red light penetrates less deeply and focuses on skin improvement and healing, while infrared penetrates deeper to relax muscles, joints and tissues and relieve pain.

Unfortunately, there is no clear answer to this. Every body reacts differently, but generally we see that people experience results after just a few weeks.
